You will own the core reasoning engine, building reliable agent architectures that plan multi-step workflows, self-correct, and take action across dozens of systems. What you will do: Design and optimize the core reasoning engine and evaluation loops to ensure agent reliability and adaptability. Build intelligent agents that autonomously execute multi-step workflows across complex enterprise systems and APIs. Treat agent quality as an ML optimization problem, leveraging real usage data to improve performance and resilience. The ideal candidate: 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production-grade agentic systems. Deep expertise in LLM orchestration, tool use, and designing evaluation loops beyond simple wrappers.
