You&rsquo;ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team where communication is clear, leadership is accessible, and everyone works together to provide safe, compassionate care.</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>6:00pm-6:30am overnight shift</li><li>Rotating 3-week schedule</li><li>Every third weekend required</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation (Based on Licensure &amp; Experience)</strong><br>We believe in transparent, fair compensation based on licensure level and clinical experience:</p><ul><li><strong><u>LPN</u></strong>: $30 - $34/hour</li><li><strong><u>RN:</u></strong> $41 - $45/hour</li><li>Overnight shift differential&nbsp;</li><li>$5,000 retention bonus (paid at 90 days and 6 months)</li></ul><p><strong>Why Nurses Choose WVR</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Behavioral health nursing is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly meaningful work.
