      "content": "\n<li>Lead an experienced team of TPMs and leverage your technical &amp; managerial skills to deliver high-impact results, while growing the TPM team through hiring &amp; guiding the professional development of team members</li>\n<li>Set the program management direction for the autonomy perception TPM team, and iterate on our development processes</li>\n<li>Work with autonomy and perception software department leaders to translate the top-down corporate strategy and milestones into detailed product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.</li>\n<li>Create and deliver technical presentations that explain program initiatives to downstream consumer teams</li>\n<li>Represent the team in cross-departmental forums, with key stakeholders, and in executive meetings</li>\n<li>Establish standard reports to provide concise and effective communications to key stakeholders on program status, issues/risks, and accomplishments</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>BS or MS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent job experience</li>\n<li>At least 10 years of experience in engineering, program management, or management consulting</li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience managing a team of technical program managers</li>\n<li>Deep familiarity with autonomy software development processes &amp; proficiency in tools or processes required to manage complex projects (i.e. Gantt charts, risk matrixes, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.)</li>\n<li>An ability to keep the big picture in focus and to provide clear, well-structured, and concise communications tailored to each appropriate audience</li>\n"
