This position requires a balance of technical product and process troubleshooting support, ongoing process monitoring, validation activities, technical transfer projects, and relevant stability program support.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(53, 152, 219); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership of MSAT &amp; AS&amp;T teams, including proactive development of team members, ensuring that the technical competencies/knowledge to support the site’s processes are in place, budgetary control, and team performance management</li>\n<li>Responsible for managing new product introduction and process improvement activities throughout the site (processes and associated documentation)</li>\n<li>Implements safe and GMP compliant working practices in the function, and ensures team perform their duties accordingly</li>\n<li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting support to production team at site</li>\n<li>Ensure products are validated and remain in constant state of validation throughout the manufacturing life of the product within a site (including continuous monitoring)</li>\n<li>As a key member of Site Leadership team, work to develop site strategy, implement site performance KPI’s, and translate these into specific annual performance goals.</li>\n<li>Act as the senior escalation point for key clients and stakeholders by building strong relationships with customers and partners<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(53, 152, 219); font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(53, 152, 219); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in a manufacturing environment including successful drug product technical transfer projects</li>\n<li>MSc. In Science, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology or equivalent experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(53, 152, 219); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge/Experience</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>8-12 + years in manufacturing and technical project management experience in a pharmaceutical environment, with progressive leadership experience</li>\n<li>Knowledge of GMP and FDA manufacturing regulations</li>\n<li>Ability to analyse and interpret data</li>\n<li>Strong written and oral communication skills</li>\n<li>Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures</li>\n<li>Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical formulation, process development, or manufacturing technology</li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge &amp; awareness of current industry issues &amp; evolving trends in the regulated environment; both domestically &amp; internationally</li>\n<li>Excellent leadership skills, negotiating and influencing skills, and an ability to manage resources to meet changing priorities</li>\n<li>Computer literacy – ERP systems and Microsoft packages</li>\n<li>Knowledge of latest pharmaceutical production technologies</li>\n</ul>",
