You&rsquo;re someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly. Equally as comfortable planning routes and managing inventory as you are jumping in to help in the warehouse or troubleshoot equipment. You&rsquo;re a strong leader who can coordinate teams across multiple locations and communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and leadership. You&rsquo;ll lead delivery drivers and warehouse teams, ensuring efficient scheduling, clear communication, and smooth execution of daily operations. You&rsquo;ll monitor inventory levels, reduce waste, and align product availability with customer demand. You&rsquo;ll also support event logistics, fleet coordination, and equipment readiness, while assisting with operational improvements and cross-functional communication between teams.</p><p><strong>What you need:</strong></p><p>You&rsquo;ll need experience in logistics, route delivery, or operations, along with prior team leadership experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. You should be comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments and have a hands-on approach to operations, including basic mechanical or equipment tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and routing/CRM systems is important. A valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to safely operate vehicles and trailers is required. A degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.
