    "description_html": "<p>The <em><strong>Utility Transmission &amp; Distribution Sales Representative </strong></em>is responsible for meeting and exceeding overall sales objectives while ensuring a high level of customer service when promoting TPC products and strategic initiatives.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Drive new &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;account generation for the organization through a daily cadence of prospecting &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;and qualification activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop existing &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;account locations by identifying new applications and opportunities.</li><li>Manage &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;long sales cycle projects to drive transformational business.</li><li>Execute &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;daily outbound sales calls &amp; manage inbound calls.</li><li>Utilize CRM &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;to document sales activity and calls.</li><li>Perform &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;product demonstrations effectively over the phone and video.&nbsp;</li><li>Execute &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;face-to-face customer meetings. Willingness to travel.</li><li>Create &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;territory / account plans and achieve sales objectives.</li><li>Align &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;with internal resources to execute account plans. (Marketing/Engineering)</li><li>Understand &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;end market trends and industry best practices; utilize relevant value &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;propositions to those end markets.</li><li>Sell &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Medium and High Voltage Cable Solutions for Utility Applications.</li><li>Other &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;duties as assigned.( Attending Trade Shows/Seminars etc..)</li><li>Build &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong customer relationships to grow the Transmission &amp; Distribution &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;business.</li></ul>",
