    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <div>\n  <div>\n   <div>\n    <div>\n     <div>\n      <div>\n       <div>\n        <div>\n         <div>\n          <div>\n           <div>\n            <div>\n             <div>\n              <div>\n               <p><strong><u>Essential Functions:</u></strong></p>\n               <ul>\n                <li><span>Responsible for oversight and execution of all elements of regional installer recruiting, development and management</span></li>\n                <li><span>Direct management of Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training and performance management.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Responsible for recruitment of installation resources as needed to sufficiently meet regional installation demands, including orientation and on-boarding.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Responsible for quarterly administration and reporting to construction division leadership and sales management on regional manpower utilization. This includes capacity tracking; installer needs and use of surge installers to meet demand.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Conducts required field rides and coaching trips with direct reports and Installers as needed.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Adjudication/mediation for installer issues.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Conducts weekly regional operations team calls.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Coordinates with RCM/GM on annual installer review meetings.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Reviews project SOW/Work Orders for installations as needed.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Works with Superintendents and TMs for installer scheduling, development and management within region.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Support RCM/AM with training needs of Superintendents and TMs.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Spends at least three days per week in the field, working with team members including training/on-boarding and management of installation partners.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Tracking and support for all global account installations within the region, confirming execution in alignment with Global Accounts Management.</span></li>\n               </ul>\n               <p><strong><u>Minimum Requirements</u></strong></p>\n               <ul>\n                <li><span>B.S. Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) or Construction Management preferred. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.</span></li>\n                <li><span>A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project details.&nbsp;</span></li>\n                <li><span>Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Experience working with general contractors and subcontractors.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span><span> </span><span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n                <li><span>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</span><span> </span></li>\n                <li><span>Spend at least three days per week in the field</span></li>\n                <li><span>Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Must possess reliable transportation&nbsp;</span></li>\n                <li><span>Valid Driver’s License</span></li>\n               </ul>\n               <p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n               <ul>\n                <li><span>While performing the duties of this position, the employee&nbsp;is&nbsp;regularly&nbsp;required&nbsp;to&nbsp;use&nbsp;hands&nbsp;to&nbsp;finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.</span></li>\n                <li><span>The&nbsp;employee&nbsp;is&nbsp;frequently&nbsp;required&nbsp;to&nbsp;stand,&nbsp;walk and reach with hands and arms.</span></li>\n                <li><span>The&nbsp;employee&nbsp;is&nbsp;occasionally&nbsp;required&nbsp;to&nbsp;sit,&nbsp;stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.</span></li>\n                <li><span>Specific&nbsp;vision&nbsp;abilities&nbsp;required&nbsp;by&nbsp;this&nbsp;job&nbsp;include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</span></li>\n                <li><span>The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 points; frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.</span></li>\n                <li><span>This position requires wearing of hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest, and depending on the task, may also require ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, and specialized protective clothing, while on the worksite.</span></li>\n               </ul>\n               <p><strong><u>Preferred Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n               <ul>\n                <li><span>Two&nbsp;to&nbsp;Five&nbsp;years’&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;Stonhard&nbsp;sales territory, sales management, or construction management with demonstrated leadership and communication skills.&nbsp;</span></li>\n                <li><span>Five (5) related experience&nbsp;working with industrial and commercial projects.</span></li>\n               </ul>\n              </div>\n             </div>\n            </div>\n           </div>\n          </div>\n         </div>\n        </div>\n       </div>\n      </div>\n     </div>\n    </div>\n   </div>\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>",
