          "text": "<p>We are seeking an&#xa0;<strong>Electrical Engineer</strong> with specialized expertise in commissioning, project execution and operational readiness within a high-demand semiconductor manufacturing environment. This critical role ensures the seamless integration of new and upgraded electrical systems - from design validation through energization - while maintaining uninterrupted fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with <strong>medium-voltage electrical systems up to 12,000 V</strong>&#xa0;and a proven track record of executing complex projects safely and efficiently.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Commissioning &amp; Startup Leadership:</strong><ul><li>Lead commissioning for facility upgrades, expansions and&#xa0;new tool installations.</li><li>Develop commissioning plans and validation protocols for performance, functionality and compliance with design and operational requirements.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure timely energization and&#xa0;successful system handoff.<br>\n&#xa0;</li></ul></li><li><strong>Project Execution &amp; Documentation:</strong><ul><li>Author, review and approve electrical project scopes of work (SOWs) and switching/LOTO&#xa0;schedules&#xa0;for outages, tie-ins&#xa0;and energizations.</li><li>Create and maintain SOPs, maintenance procedures and emergency response plans aligned with industry best practices.</li><li>Manage electrical change orders, submittals and RFIs during project execution.<br>\n&#xa0;</li></ul></li><li><strong>Facility Upgrades &amp; Tool Installation:</strong><ul><li>Provide electrical engineering support across the project lifecycle, including new fab&#xa0;construction, expansions and tool installations.</li><li>Ensure designs comply with NEC, SEMI standards, corporate specifications and power quality requirements for sensitive equipment.</li><li>Validate voltage, current, grounding and harmonic performance for new tool hook-ups.<br>\n&#xa0;</li></ul></li><li><strong>Power System Reliability &amp; Safety:</strong><ul><li>Apply load-shedding and restoration strategies to minimize risk during planned outages and unplanned events.</li><li>Champion electrical safety,&#xa0;particularly during medium-voltage (up to 12 kV) energization and maintenance.</li><li>Maintain compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA and NFPA 70B standards.</li><li>Ability to read single-line drawings.</li><li>Develop and implement robust LOTO procedures for complex multi-sourced and medium-voltage systems.</li><li>Maintain accurate as-built documentation and participate in electrical incident.</li></ul></li></ul>",
