The ideal candidate is a seasoned, strategic leader who brings executive presence, strong commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach to delivering at scale.</p>\n<h2>Your Impact</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Event Strategy & Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Set the overarching vision and multi-year strategy for Hanger LIVE and the Global Partners Summit, aligned to Hanger's brand and growth objectives</li>\n <li>Lead all phases of event delivery, from strategic planning and budget ownership through to on-site execution and post-event analysis</li>\n <li>Establish frameworks, processes, and standards that ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across both event platforms</li>\n <li>Present event strategy, performance, and recommendations to the CMO and senior leadership team</li>\n <li>Create and lead operating mechanisms to drive ongoing progress for Global Partners Summit</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Communications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with internal and external communications teams to develop and oversee integrated, multi-channel communication strategies for both events, targeting internal teams, global partners, and external audiences</li>\n <li>Champion compelling, on-brand storytelling across all event touchpoints, from promotional campaigns and digital content to keynote messaging and partner briefings</li>\n <li>Serve as a senior communications lead for high-stakes partner and stakeholder interactions surrounding both events</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Partner Engagement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a senior relationship owner for Hanger's global partner network, cultivating meaningful partnerships that extend beyond individual events</li>\n <li>Define and lead a partner engagement strategy that maximizes participation, satisfaction, and long-term value from both Hanger LIVE and the Global Partners Summit</li>\n <li>Oversee the full partner journey from onboarding and briefings through to post-event follow-up and ongoing relationship management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Internal Events Oversight</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee the logistics and delivery of Hanger's internal events, ensuring they are well-organized, on-brand, and aligned with company culture and objectives</li>\n <li>Directly manage and develop an <strong>Internal Events Manager</strong>, providing strategic direction, day-to-day guidance, and ongoing mentorship</li>\n <li>Review and approve internal event plans, budgets, and timelines owned by the Internal Events Logistics Manager</li>\n <li>Ensure consistency and quality standards across both external flagship events and internal event programming</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a strategic partner to the CMO, contributing to broader marketing planning and brand strategy</li>\n <li>Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure event programming is aligned with business needs</li>\n <li>Manage and oversee external agencies, production partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes within budget</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>8–12 years of progressive experience in event management, partner engagement, or marketing — with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success leading large-scale, global or flagship events with significant business impact</li>\n <li>Experience operating at an executive level, including presenting to and partnering with C-suite stakeholders</li>\n <li>Background in B2B, enterprise, or partner-led environments strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Success Factors</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements. </li>\n <li>Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company. </li>\n <li>Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.</li>\n <li><p>Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area through several department managers within the company. </p></li>\n <li><p>Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.</p></li>\n <li>Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area through several department managers within the company.
