    "description_html": "<p>This position is responsible for the Block Department support as listed below for Texas Speed and</p><p>Performance.</p><p><br></p><p>Specific Duties and Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Engine Tear Down Process (Label components and maintain traceability)</li><li>Visual Inspection of all blocks from start to finish</li><li>Hone main bores and fit main bearings.</li><li>Hone cylinder bores</li><li>Hone Rods and fit rod bearings</li><li>Prep blocks and visually inspect blocks before machining</li><li>Prep blocks for engine builds (install cam bearings and plugs)</li><li>Prep sleeves and block for sleeving (deburr sleeves / heat block in oven)</li><li>Sleeve Installation Lead</li><li>Maintains positive working relationship with manufacturing personnel and other staff members to support a positive workplace environment.</li><li>Responsible for implementing and enforcing industry standard safety procedures throughout the block department.</li><li>Performs and executes all other duties assigned by direct manager.</li></ul>",
