Our programs focus on helping students grow academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally in a nurturing and engaging environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>Ignite Achievement Academy is seeking caring, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our Before &amp; After School Program team. Staff members will supervise and engage students with autism and other learning differences in a safe, supportive, and structured environment before and after the school day.</p><p>This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and teens with special needs and who are passionate about building positive relationships through play, creativity, and meaningful interaction.</p><p>Typical activities may include games, arts and crafts, sensory activities, outdoor play, social interaction support, homework assistance, and helping students practice appropriate social and life skills in a structured setting.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><p>Monday–Friday</p><p>Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM</p><p>Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This is a part-time position following the school calendar and will begin August, 24, 2026.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise students with autism and other disabilities in a safe and supportive environment</li><li>Engage students in structured and unstructured recreational activities</li><li>Facilitate games, crafts, sensory activities, and social interaction opportunities</li><li>Supervise students on the playground and during indoor activities</li><li>Support positive behavior and help students follow routines and expectations</li><li>Assist students with transitions and daily activities as needed</li><li>Maintain appropriate student supervision at all times</li><li>Communicate professionally with school staff and administration</li><li>Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming program spaces</li><li>Follow all school safety procedures, confidentiality expectations, and mandatory reporting requirements</li></ul><p><br></p>",
