Discover endless opportunities to grow and make your mark at Hines.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As an Infrastructure Program Manager with Hines, you will lead and support the execution of infrastructure buildouts, office deployments, and relocations across our global portfolio. This role is a hybrid of program delivery, technical oversight, and on-site execution. The ideal candidate brings a strong, well-rounded understanding of enterprise infrastructure and can effectively coordinate and oversee implementations across networking, servers, end-user devices, and power systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Infrastructure Program Delivery</li>\n <li>Lead and coordinate infrastructure workstreams for office buildouts, moves, and renovations</li>\n <li>Oversee implementation across:</li>\n <li>Network architecture (LAN/WAN)</li>\n <li>Enterprise WiFi design and deployment</li>\n <li>Server and core infrastructure</li>\n <li>End-user devices (workstations and office technology)</li>\n <li>Power and redundancy systems (UPS, failover, resiliency planning)</li>\n <li>Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution</li>\n <li>On-Site Execution & Deployment</li>\n <li>Serve as the on-site infrastructure lead during critical phases of deployments and office moves</li>\n <li>Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams during installation and cutover activities</li>\n <li>Identify and resolve issues in real time to ensure smooth go-lives</li>\n <li>Technical Oversight</li>\n <li>Provide informed oversight across infrastructure domains without requiring day-to-day hands-on engineering</li>\n <li>Review and validate designs from vendors and internal teams</li>\n <li>Ensure alignment across networking, compute, end-user, and physical infrastructure</li>\n <li>Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies across systems</li>\n <li>AI-First Program Delivery & Optimization</li>\n <li>Apply an AI-first approach to program planning and execution, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted workflows</li>\n <li>Use AI to improve project planning, scheduling, risk identification, and dependency tracking</li>\n <li>Streamline coordination, status reporting, and communication through automation and AI-assisted insights</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to embed AI into infrastructure deployment processes, vendor coordination, and operational handoffs</li>\n <li>Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and apply them to improve delivery speed, consistency, and quality</li>\n <li>Documentation, Diagramming & Standards</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain clear project documentation, deployment standards, and runbooks</li>\n <li>Create infrastructure layouts, workflows, and deployment diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar)</li>\n <li>Ensure documentation reflects both current-state implementations and scalable future-state designs</li>\n <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure standards and delivery methodologies</li>\n <li>Team & Vendor Coordination</li>\n <li>Coordinate work across infrastructure engineers, offshore resources, and third-party vendors</li>\n <li>Help prioritize and direct execution across distributed teams</li>\n <li>Act as a key liaison between technical teams, project stakeholders, and business partners</li>\n <li>Standards & Quality Assurance</li>\n <li>Ensure all deployments align with Hines infrastructure standards and best practices</li>\n <li>Contribute to the development and refinement of deployment standards and processes</li>\n <li>Promote consistency, scalability, and repeatability across all office environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Minimum Requirements include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution</li>\n <li><p>Six or more years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with exposure across multiple domains</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong working knowledge (not necessarily hands-on) of:</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Enterprise networking (routing, switching, WAN)</p><p> </p></li>\n   <li><p>WiFi design and deployment</p></li>\n   <li><p>Servers and core compute infrastructure</p></li>\n   <li><p>End-user devices (workstations, office technology)</p></li>\n   <li><p>Power redundancy and resiliency concepts (UPS, failover strategies)</p></li>\n   <li><p>Experience leading or supporting infrastructure deployments (office buildouts, relocations, or similar projects)</p></li>\n   <li><p>Ability to review and understand technical designs across multiple infrastructure domains</p></li>\n   <li><p>Strong coordination and organizational skills in fast-paced environments</p></li>\n   <li><p>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</p></li>\n   <li><p>Willingness to travel for on-site project execution</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p>Experience in construction or workplace technology environments</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience working with offshore or distributed teams</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with structured cabling and physical infrastructure design</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience leveraging AI tools to improve project delivery, reporting, or operational workflows</p></li>\n <li><p>Certifications such as PMP, CCNA, or equivalent</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>At Hines, we strive for excellence as a leading global real estate investment manager, driven by our by our belief that real estate is fundamentally about people.
