We are committed to providing best-in-class patient care, pioneering research and technology, and most importantly, rewarding and recognizing our employees!</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>As our highly visible Patient Service Specialist, you'll be patient's first touch and are responsible for gathering important information for their visit and providing an exceptional patient experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Greeting patients and visitors warmly in person or by telephone</li>\n <li>Checking patients in and out </li>\n <li>Scheduling clinic and surgical appointments to include all pre-operative and post-operative appointments</li>\n <li>Reviewing all paperwork with patients; consents for procedures</li>\n <li>Verifying insurance and collecting payments</li>\n <li>Maintaining patient medical records</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>\n <li><strong>Preference for Spanish Speaking - highly preferred </strong></li>\n <li>Detail oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Medical Front Desk experience preferred</li>\n <li>Flexible schedule </li>\n <li>Dedicated to creating a quality patient experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits & Perks</h2>\n<p>Your health, happiness and your future matters!
