    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>If you reside in California, please see our California Applicant Privacy Policy for more information about our data handling practices and your data rights.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em><strong>WE PROVIDE PAID TRAINING FOR CLASS C CDL WITH PASSENGER ENDORCEMENT</strong> </em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Who You Are:</u></strong> </p>\n<p>We are hiring safe and customer service-oriented candidates who will serve as a <strong>Bus</strong> <strong>Driver.</strong> You will be responsible for safely operating a small Cut-a-Way style bus, providing safe, reliable and efficient public paratransit transportation for seniors and people with disabilities in Weber, Davis & South Box Elder Counties. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Follow this link to YouTube to find out more about us: <strong>https://youtu.be/qSXpJ4g2jJs</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>What's In it for YOU:</u></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>$20.65/ hour Starting Rate with annual raises, annual wage increase (with current CBA) and safety bonus eligibility</strong></li>\n <li><strong>GREAT Benefits (</strong>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance for qualified candidates)</li>\n <li><strong>Full Time & Regular Part Time Available </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Paid Training! </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Annual Safety Bonus!</strong></li>\n <li>Enjoy working a split shift schedule. </li>\n <li>Works under limited supervision and selects from written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Driver Minimum Requirements:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be receptive to positive on-going training/coaching to improve safety performance. </li>\n <li>Strong safe driving history for both personal and/or professional.</li>\n <li>Must possess strong personal integrity and accountability to work with minimal supervision to meet or exceed minimum safety standards.</li>\n <li>Must be of strong moral character, people oriented, attentive, and maintain a bright positive demeanor to meet our mission in providing the best customer service experience to our passengers.</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.</li>\n <li>Must have or be able to obtain a valid Class C Commercial Driver's License with Passenger endorsement (with our provided training) and a valid Department of Transportation Medical Certificate.</li>\n <li>Possess the ability to communicate with the public.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years old to apply.</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass State of Utah lifetime background check.</li>\n <li>We will help you obtain a CDL C. No need to have one to apply!
