    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Lab Scientist to join our protein production team based in Munich</strong>, Germany. Collaborating closely with various departments at Crelux, you will work on protein expression projects involving diverse methods and target classes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Your primary responsibilities will include the maintenance of various insect cell lines, the production of baculoviruses as well as the planning, execution and analysis of protein production at various scales.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Master</strong> (m/f/d), <strong>Bachelor</strong> (m/f/d), <strong>Technical assistants</strong> (m/f/d; MTA, BTA, cm, PTA, ATA, LTA)</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience in <strong>insect cell culture</strong> (e.g., Sf21, Sf9, High Five), ideally in an industry setting, mammalian cell culture experience is a strong plus</li>\n <li>Sound understanding of <strong>gene-to-protein processes</strong> and molecular biology fundamental</li>\n <li>Knowledge of <strong>protein expression platforms</strong>, viral vectors, and cell-based assays</li>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>protein purification and QC workflows</strong></li>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>common lab software</strong> and IT tools (MS Office, LIMS, etc.)</li>\n <li>Strong <strong>problem-solving skills</strong>, independence and a proactive work ethic</li>\n <li>Excellent time management and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Fluent in <strong>English</strong> (spoken and written), German is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Culturing and maintaining <strong>insect cell lines</strong> for recombinant protein production</li>\n <li>Supporting <strong>mammalian cell expression</strong> and stable cell line development</li>\n <li>Performing <strong>recombinant protein production</strong> purification and quality control</li>\n <li>Applying techniques such as <strong>DNA preparation, protein purification and chromatography</strong></li>\n <li>Conducting QC analyses using <strong>SDS-PAGE</strong> and <strong>Western blotting</strong></li>\n <li>Accurately <strong>documenting, analyzing</strong> and interpreting experimental data</li>\n <li>Collaborating with scientists and project teams across various disciplines</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>We offer:</u></strong></p>\n<p>A permanent contract (starting as soon as possible) with a competitive salary, modern office workspaces and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative contract research environment.</p>\n<p>Access to eGYM Wellpass membership for personalized fitness and wellness plans.</p>\n<p> </p>",
