    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div id=\"isPasted\"><p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">About the Role:</span></strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">The Behavior Technician (BT) supports the implementation of individualized behavior and learning plans for children enrolled in Clever Bee Academy&rsquo;s Inclusion Program. Working under the guidance of an Inclusion Program Manager and/or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the BT helps children develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.</p><p>This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping neurodivergent children thrive through patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement.</p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li><p><strong>Education:</strong> Minimum of Associate in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field preferred.</p></li><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of <strong>1 year working with children</strong>, preferably in an early childhood, inclusion, or special education setting.</p></li><li><p><strong>Training:</strong> Familiarity with <strong>Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)</strong> principles preferred; formal training will be provided for new hires.</p></li><li><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.</p></li><li><p>Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Collaborative mindset, works well with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.</p></li><li><p>Reliable, consistent, and passionate about inclusion and child development.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Certification:</strong> RBT certification is a plus but not required.
