    "description": "<h2>Subsidiary</h2>Superior Aluminum Alloys\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>General operation of Rod Mill. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated commitment to safety through actions and behaviors</li>\n <li>Understanding of Molten Metal </li>\n <li>Pre op Setup ( Prep & Clean Launders, Inspect & Clean Pump well )</li>\n <li>Operation of Transfer pump</li>\n <li>Regulate Metal Flow</li>\n <li>Proper knowledge of Skimming</li>\n <li>Knowledge and use of Overhead Cranes</li>\n <li>Responsible for setting Pour off Pot & Putting under Preheat after Run is Complete</li>\n <li>Assist with Bar Handling & Casting Operations</li>\n <li>Light maintenance duties</li>\n <li>Assist in break down operations</li>\n <li>Prep Coils for Delivery</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must receive passing score on required testing</li>\n <li>Ability to make quick decisions in fast-paced, team-oriented work environment</li>\n <li>Possess a self-starter quality for seeking input and details from resources</li>\n <li>Solid mechanical aptitude and a desire to problem solve </li>\n <li>Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events</li>\n <li>Must have good math skills, as well as oral and written communication skills </li>\n <li>Must be able to lift 60 pounds</li>\n <li>Possess a willingness to work in cold/hot outside conditions as well as hot inside conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.</strong></em></p>",
