You'll be responsible for understanding user needs, shaping meaningful interactions, and collaborating closely with product and development teams to deliver exceptional design outcomes.</span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Responsibilities:    </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Own UX processes from research to design delivery across various fintech products.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, and other UX research practices.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Translate research into clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Promote user-centered design principles within the product development process.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Use AI tools and prompt engineering (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance research, ideation, and documentation.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to bring designs to life.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of design systems and best practices.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:  </span> </span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with experience in banking or fintech products strongly preferred.
