Everyone has a role to play and we take ours seriously.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll be Doing</span> </p>\n<p>As a<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Controls </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Software Test and Validation </span>within the Product Development group, you are responsible for contributing to complex engineer projects and products and drive technical quality and stability.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software and hardware solutions.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities </span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop our testing strategy through manual and automation planning</li>\n<li>Validate PLC programs written in Structured Text (ST), Ladder Logic (LAD), and Function Block Diagram (FBD)</li>\n<li>Verify control sequences, alarms, interlocks, and safety-related logic</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Validate HMI applications</span>, ensuring proper screen navigation, alarm handling, user permissions, data accuracy, and operator workflows</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Validate IoT-enabled devices and edge components</span>, including data acquisition, connectivity, data integrity, and communication with PLCs, HMIs, and backend systems</li>\n<li>Collaborate with software developers, project managers, analysts and other quality specialists to develop effective test strategies</li>\n<li>Interpret engineering and business requirements to develop test plans and cases, both manual and automated; and execute test plans as part of product and project releases</li>\n<li>Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and system-level testing</li>\n<li>Document detailed test cases, test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams</li>\n<li>Perform root cause analysis of software defects and support debugging efforts</li>\n<li>Demonstrate success and experience testing hardware embedded applications</li>\n<li>Recommend and implement testing tools, processes and environments</li>\n<li>Mentor junior and intermediate testers in best practices</li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who Are You? </span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience working in hardware development environment in a quality focused role</li>\n<li>Graduate from a College or University program (Engineering, Software and Information System Testing etc.)</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.)</li>\n<li>Self-motivated to succeed while working in a team-oriented environment</li>\n<li>Experience with requirements gathering tools (ex.
