This position is intentionally targeted to experienced contractor-side professionals—such as Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, or early-career Superintendents—who are ready to broaden their responsibility and gain owner-side delivery experience.&nbsp;</p>\n <p><strong>What&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;Be Doing&nbsp;</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Acting as the Owner’s representative for defined construction scopes or site areas&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Coordinating contractors, inspectors, and internal technical teams&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Supporting construction sequencing, site&nbsp;logistics, and constructability planning&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Reviewing RFIs, shop drawings, and field changes&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Monitoring schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Supporting progress reporting, issue tracking, and meeting coordination&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Assisting&nbsp;with commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n <p>This is a hands-on, field-engaged role with regular site presence.
