Your role will work in the home of the family to teach them specific skills they need to safely remain together, such as problem-solving, crisis management, parenting, communication, budgeting, home maintenance, life skills and more.&nbsp; Your role will also connect families to community resources to help stabilize them and increase their support system.&nbsp; As a member of the Family Preservation team, you will work with several other team members and report to our Manager of Family Preservation.</span></span></span></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><b><u><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"color:#ffc000\">WHAT YOU WILL DO:</span></span></span></u></b></span></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom:11px\">\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Through a team approach with two Case Managers and one Family Support Worker, support a caseload of up to 30 Family Preservation families.</span></span></span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Provide direct case management services to children and families, including researching community resources, participating in case planning and being a positive role model for families.</span></span></span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Available to families to help them with any crisis or conflict that might arise.</span></span></span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Transport families as necessary.</span></span></span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:11px;
