In this role, you will provide case management as linkage referrals, as needed, and maintain appropriate documentation of all services rendered. The Clinical Social Worker will report to the Open Access Clinical Supervisor.&nbsp; This position is pro-rated to follow the Board of Education 10-months school calendar&nbsp;</span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"display:block;font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Provides mental health services to a caseload of children/adolescents in individual, group, collateral, and family services onsite at a designated school(s) during school hours up to 5-days weekly for 10-months annually&nbsp;</span></span></p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p><span style=\"display:block;font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Provide services to a caseload of 25 to 35 clients with a productivity benchmark of 30 sessions weekly.&nbsp;</span></span></p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p><span style=\"display:block;font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Provides these mental health services with an awareness of, and respect for, diversity of culture, ethnicity, gender, and sexual orientation.&nbsp; This knowledge shall be incorporated into therapeutic referrals from school social workers, guidance counselors and whomever the principal deems appropriate and initiates contact as utilize computerized treatment systems (AWARDS) for all aspects of client record-keeping/charting, toward assuring all documentation is maintained in comprehensive, organized, and timely
