Contract information is currently dispersed across multiple documents and formats. This internship will focus on extracting, organizing, and summarizing key commercial and operational terms into a structured, centralized format to support decision‑making during renewals and negotiations.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Essential Functions </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>What You’ll Work On</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Review and catalog assigned active carrier and vendor contracts</li>\n   <li>Extract key contract terms into a standardized template, including:\n    <ul>\n     <li>SLA terms and service credits</li>\n     <li>Contract start dates, expiration dates, and renewal terms</li>\n     <li>Pricing structures and penalties</li>\n     <li>Key legal and commercial clauses</li>\n    </ul></li>\n   <li>Prepare executive summaries highlighting:\n    <ul>\n     <li>Risks</li>\n     <li>Key obligations</li>\n     <li>Renegotiation opportunities</li>\n    </ul></li>\n   <li>Build a centralized tracker or dashboard (Excel‑based)</li>\n   <li>Analyze contract data to identify trends, such as:\n    <ul>\n     <li>Contracts nearing expiration</li>\n     <li>SLA gaps</li>\n     <li>High‑risk clauses</li>\n     <li>Opportunities for standardization</li>\n    </ul></li>\n  </ul><p><strong>Expected Outcomes by the End of the Internship</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Completed extraction and standardization of 30+ contracts</li>\n   <li>Centralized contract tracker/dashboard for filtering and analysis</li>\n   <li>Executive‑level insights supporting renegotiation strategy</li>\n  </ul>Required for All Jobs </li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>\n <li>Complies with all policies and standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required for all internships</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with at least two (2) completed years of coursework (junior standing or above). </p></li>\n <li><p>Pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field (for technical roles). Business, communications, or related fields may qualify for non-technical roles (e.g., marketing, operations).</p></li>\n <li><p>Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Legally authorized to work in the applicable jurisdiction for the full 10-week duration.</strong></p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Able to pass a background check and drug screen appropriate for a cybersecurity firm.</strong></p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Role Specific Requirements</strong></p>\n<p>Currently pursuing a degree in: Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies / Pre‑Law (Telecommunications is a plus)<strong>Skills Required</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Ability to speak and write Spanish</strong></li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex documentation</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li>\n <li>Strong written communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with data organization or document analysis</li>\n <li>Interest in contracts, operations, or telecommunications </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $14.00 - USD $14.00 /Hr.",
