This dual-role position is critical to ensuring informed decision-making, robust market participation, and full contract compliance across capital projects and operational procurements. The ideal candidate will blend analytical capabilities with administrative precision and a strong understanding of public procurement practices and market trends.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct market analysis and vendor profiling.</li>\n <li>Draft and manage contract documentation and amendments.</li>\n <li>Track contract performance and compliance metrics.</li>\n <li>Support outreach initiatives with data-driven insights.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with legal and procurement teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Public Administration.</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in market analysis or contract administration.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and writing skills.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with public procurement regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary: $95,000 - $115,000</p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>M&J is a leader in providing quality engineering consulting services to a diverse and exciting client base.
