    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>The Material Management Specialist will be a member of the Carry-on Special Technologies Engineering and Integration (STEI) Logistics team, focusing primarily on all aspects of material procurement, handling and management. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Managing and maintaining inventory accuracy using customer directed supply systems, conducting regular wall-to-wall inventories, and performing discrepancy analysis</li>\n <li>Shipping, receiving, inventory, and requesting fulfillment of electronic/electrical components</li>\n <li>Serving as the onsite point of contact for material requests</li>\n <li>Reviewing, analyzing and executing purchase requisitions with our manufacturing and planning teams to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner</li>\n <li>Creating and issuing purchase orders to suppliers and manage modifications to purchase orders</li>\n <li>Reviewing and performing thorough due diligence on purchase requisitions to ensure TAA compliance on all purchases</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>#LI-TF1</em></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Two years of full-time professional experience as a logistician</li>\n <li>Two years of full-time professional experience with government procurements</li>\n <li>Required specialized experience: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Two years of full-time professional experience in Navy Integrated Logistics Support and System Life-Cycle support areas of the DoD/Navy Integrated Logistics Support System</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) preferred, not required</li>\n <li>Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Program</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT.
