We connect private duty nurses (RN and LPN) and therapists (PT, PTA, OT, etc.) with discerning VIP clients seeking in-home care.</p>\n<p>We collaborate with experienced and compassionate clinicians to deliver personalized one-on-one care to clients in their homes. This care can range from hourly shifts (8 -12 hours) to short visits (up to 2 hours) and can be arranged on a per-diem or long-term basis. As a private pay service, we do not accept insurance. Our clients pay privately and expect the highest quality care from our clinicians.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive pay rates for Therapist</strong> (varies by client, negotiated before starting), paid weekly.</li>\n <li><strong>Flexibility:</strong> As a 1099 independent contractor, you control your schedule and choose which clients/cases you accept.</li>\n <li><strong>1:1 In-Home Patient Care:</strong> Enjoy a change of pace from busy clinical settings by providing care in the comfort of patients' homes.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assess patients comprehensively to build and implement personalized treatment plans</li>\n <li>Deliver direct patient care to optimize progress towards functional goals</li>\n <li>Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively to consistently evaluate and address patients' functional needs</li>\n <li>Adapt care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes</li>\n <li>Coordinate services through active participation in case conferences, case management, team meetings, and staff meetings as needed</li>\n <li>Complete all documentation according to referral agency policy and procedure</li>\n <li>Communicate promptly and effectively with relevant parties (doctor, family, office, etc.) as needed</li>\n <li>Provide necessary training and support to clients and families as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills, Education and Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Licensed Phyiscal Therapist (PT) in the state of California <em>(required)</em></li>\n <li>2 years of therapy experience strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision or training</li>\n <li>Previous home care / private duty experience </li>\n <li>Must be reliable, dependable, and on time</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness </li>\n <li>Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>If this sounds like you…</em></strong>Join our team to achieve our mission of delivering the highest quality in-home clinical care!   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
