The Associate Medical Director for the CSU holds overall responsibility for improving service quality at the CSU through clinical leadership, direction, coordination, consultation, and monitoring for organization staff.<span>&nbsp; </span>Has primary responsibility for overseeing clinical staffing, clinical training, and supervision of medical and nursing staff at the CSU. Assists in long range planning and development of psychiatric and medical services at the CSU. Other responsibilities include administrative and technical consultation, budget preparation, program goals and objectives, relevant policy and procedure development, decision making, and providing psychiatric services, as well as implementation of CMHA-CEI policies and procedures.<span>&nbsp; </span>Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"line-height:normal;\">&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"color:#161513;font-family:&quot;Segoe UI&quot;,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:107%;\"><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></span></span><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Palatino Linotype&quot;,serif;\">Possession of a medical or osteopathic doctorate from an accredited college or university. Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency required.
