    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><strong><u>Per Diem Positions at Ampla Health </u> 29832</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">This is an unbenefited position that includes a 10% incentive on hourly wage.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>General Purpose</h2>\n\n<p>Under the supervision of the Maintenance Operations Manager, the Housekeeping Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment throughout Ampla Health facilities. This position performs daily cleaning, disinfecting, and housekeeping duties to support the health and safety of patients, staff, and visitors.</p>\n\n<h2>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Clean and sanitize clinic facilities, including exam rooms, offices, restrooms, kitchens, waiting areas, and common spaces.</li>\n\t<li>Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as furniture, door handles, light switches, counters, and fixtures daily.</li>\n\t<li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpeted areas.</li>\n\t<li>Empty interior and exterior trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.</li>\n\t<li>Clean and restock restrooms with soap, paper towels, and other supplies.</li>\n\t<li>Clean interior and exterior windows as needed.</li>\n\t<li>Spot clean carpets and address spills promptly.</li>\n\t<li>Safely clean and disinfect bodily fluids according to established procedures.</li>\n\t<li>Perform minor custodial tasks, including plunging toilets and maintaining facility cleanliness.</li>\n\t<li>Monitor inventory levels and request cleaning supplies as needed.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain cleaning schedules and complete required checklists and documentation.</li>\n\t<li>Travel to various clinic locations as needed.</li>\n\t<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred.</li>\n\t<li>Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and sanitation practices.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment.</li>\n\t<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n\t<li>Valid driver&#39;s license and reliable transportation preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>Qualities &amp; Characteristics</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.</li>\n\t<li>Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a safe environment.</li>\n\t<li>Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and respect toward patients, staff, and visitors.</li>\n\t<li>Adaptable and willing to learn new procedures and responsibilities.</li>\n\t<li>Supports the mission and values of Ampla Health.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>Working Conditions &amp; Physical Requirements</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, and lifting.</li>\n\t<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to climb ladders and safely work throughout clinic facilities.</li>\n\t<li>Requires sufficient vision, hearing, and communication skills to perform job duties.</li>\n\t<li>Exposure to cleaning chemicals, bodily fluids, and healthcare environments.</li>\n\t<li>May travel between clinic locations as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n",
