You will supervise the field construction of a project, including its organization, planning, and scheduling, to complete the work on time, within budget, and to the quality specified.</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size:13px;font-family:Poppins;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong><span style=\"font-size:13px;font-family:Poppins;\">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;\" type=\"disc\"><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size:13px;font-family:Poppins;\">Primary liaison with subcontractors/ architects/ engineers for the day-to-day construction activities of the project;</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size:13px;font-family:Poppins;\">Develop and implement overall project work schedules identifying the critical path including the expediting of scheduled critical materials and equipment for their timely delivery to site;</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size:13px;font-family:Poppins;\">Lead and supervise Curran Young field staff, including providing input on or completing performance appraisals;</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size:13px;font-family:Poppins;\">Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements at all times;</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size:13px;font-family:Poppins;\">Develop and managing the overall site safety program as required and ensuring subcontractor compliance with Curran Young standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations;</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size:13px;font-family:Poppins;\">Manage and make decisions related to the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and trade employee staffing levels;</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size:13px;font-family:Poppins;\">Oversee work among all trades to promote and coordinate project operations. Resolve local area problems regarding procedures, precedence, design clarifications, adequate labor and equipment, schedule and all other appropriate matters;</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size:13px;font-family:Poppins;\">Manage labor relations with subcontractors;</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size:13px;font-family:Poppins;\">Ensure all necessary permits and inspections are in place and kept current for the term of the project.
