Then you are in the right place&hellip;start the application process today!</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong><u>Summary of Position Functions</u></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">The Engineer II, Controls will quickly gain an understanding and working knowledge of Veregy&rsquo;s Digital Service and Building Automation offerings. &nbsp;The individual will utilize this understanding to manage services contracted with various clients. &nbsp;These services include regular BAS system performance monitoring and maintenance, BAS system upgrade design and installation, software service performance monitoring and maintenance, and energy analytics. &nbsp;The individual will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of contracted services as well as customer communication. &nbsp;The position includes oversight of engineering support, creating, and maintaining project and service contract schedules, creating cost estimates, direct customer interaction, periodic owner training sessions, progress reporting, contract management, and project budget management.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong><u>Essential Position Functions</u></strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Designs, programs, monitors, maintains, and optimizes building automation systems and graphical user interfaces.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Reports on service activities and progress regularly.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Participates in project development and cost estimation activities</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Responds to and rectifies customer issues or occupant comfort complaints or building automation issues in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Communicates with internal project resources (i.e. other Veregy departments) and verifies contract expectations and execution standards are met.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Manages contract budgets and reports progress.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Note: &nbsp;The statements contained herein describe the essential functions of this position but should not be an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.
