Description

Community Manager GSF Properties Inc. | Fresno, CA GSF Properties Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our dynamic property management team in Fresno, CA. This role oversees a community that includes both tax credit and conventional (market-rate) housing , requiring strong operational, compliance, and leadership skills. In this role, you will oversee the overall management, marketing, recertifications, and maintenance of the community. The ideal candidate is an experienced tax credit professional with a strong focus on LIHTC compliance, Fair Housing regulations, audits, reporting, and resident file accuracy, while consistently meeting ownership’s financial goals and company standards. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday , working 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. during winter hours and 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. during summer hours . Weekends as needed. The pay range for this role is $24.00–$26.00 per hour , depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Regional Supervisor to set rent levels in compliance with market-rate and affordable housing (LIHTC) guidelines Oversee rent increases, lease renewals, and annual/interim recertifications Ensure accurate processing of move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and recertifications , including income and asset documentation Maintain compliant resident files and prepare for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and affordable housing regulations in all marketing and operations Maintain strong occupancy levels while supporting resident retention and compliance requirements Partner with maintenance to ensure property standards meet company and regulatory requirements Assist with budget oversight, capital improvements, and vendor coordination Address resident concerns promptly and in accordance with site policies and program guidelines GSF Benefits: Medical Dental Vision Employee assistance program 401K Life insurance Holidays Vacation To learn more about GSF Properties, please visit our website at https://www.gsfpi.com/
