The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is required to be on‑site during business hours to carry out these responsibilities.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Licensed in Georgia as an LCSW from an accredited School of Social Work.</li>\n <li>Experience in medical or integrated care settings such as primary care, hospital environments, or school‑based clinics.</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt to schedule changes and work effectively in a fast‑moving environment.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with short‑term therapeutic models.</li>\n <li>Experience delivering direct counseling services including individual sessions, group interventions, addiction‑related interventions, and clinically indicated modalities.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidence‑based treatments for mental health and behavioral conditions, including motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).</li>\n <li>Ability to work within integrated behavioral health workflows and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of psychopharmacology relevant to behavioral health practice.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of referral coordination and familiarity with community resources.</li>\n <li>Experience with brief psychotherapy and facilitating structured group sessions.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and professional interaction.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in clinical consultation with medical and behavioral health providers.</li>\n <li>Strong clinical documentation skills including experience charting in medical or integrated care settings.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop clinical pathways and protocols for selected chronic and behavioral health conditions.</li>\n <li>Provide short‑term therapeutic interventions within the scope of brief treatment models.</li>\n <li>Deliver direct counseling services including individual sessions, group interventions, family‑focused sessions, addiction‑related interventions, and other clinically indicated modalities.</li>\n <li>Conduct behavioral health consultations and provide timely feedback to medical providers.</li>\n <li>Coordinate referrals by applying care‑management principles and knowledge of community resources.</li>\n <li>Provide brief psychotherapy and facilitate structured group sessions.</li>\n <li>Complete clinical assessments and document findings in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with medical providers to integrate behavioral health recommendations into patient care plans.</li>\n <li>Develop safety plans and intervention strategies for patients presenting with behavioral or emotional concerns.</li>\n <li>Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to review cases, coordinate care, and align treatment approaches.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.</li>\n <li>Provide crisis‑focused interventions within scope and refer to higher levels of care when indicated.</li>\n <li>Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and stay current with evidence‑based practices.</li>\n</ul>",
