Follow Safety culture and wear PPE when required.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operates multiple complex CNC Milling Machines of the same function.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform precision work on parts with complex configurations and close tolerance between interrelated surfaces.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follows Ops sheets and written or verbal instructions for product specifications.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements to include proper documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Observes overall operation and performs regular daily maintenance on equipment and work area.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verifies and visually inspects work and dimensions per operations sheet to specification using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and preset gages.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Fills out production paperwork and inspection procedures as required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reports any problems or discrepancies to immediate supervisor.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains tools, gages, and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow 6s Procedures and maintains a clean organized work area.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Working Conditions</strong>:</p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Normal Production environments, subject to high noise levels from operating machines; physical hazards from moving equipment and sharp machine parts; breathing fumes, dust, and mist; skin exposure to oil and cutting fluid; exposure to sharp metal edges, and forklifts.</li><li>May be asked to travel back and forth between Southwick and Westfield facilities.</li></ul></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Must have ability to read applicable customer documents with or without corrective lenses.</li><li>May have to lift up to thirty (30) pounds at a time, as required.</li><li>Must be able to push, pull, reach overhead, stand, walk, climb stairs, bend and/or sit for long periods of time.</li></ul></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>First Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm<br/>",
