    "description": "<p>Laser Operators</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Anchor Fabrication, LLC, a precision metal fabrication company located in La Vergne, Tennessee is seeking experienced Laser Operators for 1st and 2nd Shift.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and work with limited supervision, setting up and operating Laser machines and all duties and responsibilities associated with this position.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Duties and Functions:</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Set up and operate all Laser operations to produce quality parts.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Conducts preventative as scheduled</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Read blueprints and conduct first/last piece inspection.</li>\r\n\t<li>Troubleshoot and repair minor issues as needed.
