We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old</li>\n <li>Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA</li>\n <li>Fixed schedule of Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm, some including weekends</li>\n <li>Comp $20-$30 per hour</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#BT3</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required</li>\n <li>Prior experience working with children preferred</li>\n <li>Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred</li>\n <li>Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided</li>\n <li>Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment</li>\n <li>Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities</li>\n</ul>",
