    "requisitionDescription": "<div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.6.15/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.6.15/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\">Pursuit Aerospace is a global manufacturer of complex aircraft engine components that are developed through highly integrated processes. &nbsp;Our exceptional quality is driven by a deep investment in and the daily practice of continually improving our people, processes, and products.</p><p>Due to growth, we have a need for an experienced CNC Set-up and Operator on 3 shifts in our Megrine facility.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Setup and operate all CNC lathes or mills</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to train operators to maximize operational proficiency</li><li>Ensure dimensions meet requirements before submitting first piece</li><li>Make some edits to programs in milling and turning</li><li>Recommend changes to Engineering Setup</li><li>Work with engineering on machining enhancements and technology</li><li>Champion progressive change, set up reduction, continuous improvement and flow line principles</li><li>Run Labor Standards where appropriate</li><li>Partner with Supervisor in monitoring/improving operator applied time and performance vs. labor standards</li><li>Trouble shoot problems in CNC areas</li><li>Achieve all time standards</li><li>Meet all Quality Requirements and use QC equipment</li><li>Meet and follow all safety guidelines and lead by example</li><li>Must be able to run more than 1 job simultaneously</li><li>Knowledge and experience with cutter selection</li><li>Experience with High-temp alloys</li><li>Must follow AS9100 procedures</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li><li>Programming and MasterCam skills a plus</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;Education and/or Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li><li>Cad School courses a plus</li><li>10 years minimum experience in machining</li><li>5 year minimum CNC overall experience</li></ul><p><br></p></div></div>\n",
