Description

As Power Engineering Manager, you will be one of the functional leaders responsible for designing Fervo’s innovative power plants. As Fervo moves from engineering first-of-a-kind projects to widespread scaling, you will help drive the facilities team toward a manufacturing mindset, optimizing each subsequent power plant for cost and cycle time. To be successful in this role, you must possess exceptional technical expertise in the power engineering discipline, and you must demonstrate a highly collaborative approach to working closely with the subsurface and facilities teams. You will report to the Director of Engineering.
