    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>    RiverWoods Durham is currently seeking a Part Time Security Staff person to join our team and help provide excellent and quality customer service in support of our residents and community. This is a 24 hour a week position- the ideal candidate would be able to work Monday- Wednesdays 4pm to Midnight however alternative schedules may be available for the right candidate.    Benefits: - 403(b) Retirement plan with a company match - Paid Holidays - Wellness Programs - On-site fitness opportunities - Employee meal program - Education assistance\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Tour facility buildings and premises to prevent fires, theft, vandalism, and intruders; confront unauthorized persons for questioning as needed; report safety and/or fire hazards or security activities.</li>\n <li>Monitor status of lightbulbs, assist with floor care, remove trash/recycling from the building</li>\n <li>Maintains accurate work order logs and other required documentation </li>\n <li>Provides direct assistance to the Director of Facilities for special projects, annual preventative maintenance duties, or other tasks as assigned</li>\n <li>Assist with snow removal in the winter months to ensure safety for the community </li>\n <li>Assist Community Life or Campus Services team with other projects, room set-up, resident needs, or other requests </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma required</li>\n <li>Minimum 1-year experience preferred</li>\n <li>CPR certification, or the obility to obtain one required </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>RiverWoods Group: Northern New England’s Largest Family of CCRCs</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Three Communities, One Philosophy: Providing Community and Peace of Mind</p>\n<p>Since 1994, every day we honor our founding premise: we are here to make things better.
