If you're someone who gets excited about early-stage energy, designing better ways to work, and fixing what's broken in healthcare, we'd love to connect.   About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, versatile professional who can drive sales enablement and operations from the ground up. You'll translate technical clinical workflows into compelling sales narratives, build the processes and materials our team needs to win, and keep the operational engine of our sales function running smoothly. You'll take our early wins, scale them into repeatable playbooks, and empower our sales team to confidently navigate everything. What You’ll Do Own & Optimize Sales Pipeline: Track leads, manage reports, and identify where deals stall. Maintain a clear, data-driven view of the customer landscape and competitive environment. Track contracts, proposals, and deadlines to keep deals moving. Build and refine repeatable sales processes that clear pipeline bottlenecks and scale with the team. Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing documents. Sales Messaging & Maintenance: Manage complex sales workflows and compelling sales messages for clinicians, IT leaders, and practice administrators based on sales and marketing input and direction. Maintain sales enablement materials — including Battle Cards, one-pagers, and competitive intelligence briefs — tailored to different buyer personas and current market trends. Client Coordination & Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for prospects and clients, handling correspondence with professionalism and care. Coordinate product demonstrations, proposal meetings, contract creation and follow-up touchpoints based on client needs. Manage communication across clients, vendors, and internal teams. Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff from sales to implementation. Maintain strong professional relationships and follow up on requested materials. CRM Management & Automation: Manage & Maintain our documentation in CRM to enable sales process and deal traction. Create "smart" enablement assets—dynamic templates and automated follow-up sequences. Maintain a pristine CRM environment by building automated validation rules and robust syncs between our specialized sales tools and CRM. Quarterly travel required. What We’re Looking For Sales Enablement & Clinical Acumen: 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement within healthcare or SaaS and a builder's mindset that drives you to create and refine processes that move deals forward. Sales Operations & Logistics: Proven ability to manage the operational side of the sales cycle with precision, including contract tracking, proposal preparation, pipeline reporting, and event coordination. You're the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Technical Proficiency & Data-Driven Execution: Strong comfort with CRM platforms and collaborative tools. You use data to track metrics, optimize workflows, and identify where the sales cycle needs improvement.
