          "text": "<p>GoPro’s Recruiting Team is seeking an experienced Sourcer to proactively identify and assess technical talent for the Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and IT groups. This contract role will partner with a team of recruiters, and will be responsible for increasing a diverse candidate pipeline through assessing qualifications and discussing appropriate job opportunities. We are looking for a passionate connector of people, who is capable of quickly building rapport with candidates and determining their fit within the company.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><p>·         Work closely with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to increase active and passive candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.</p><p>·         Identify passive candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing, and other creative/unique methods.</p><p>·         Call, screen, and qualify technical candidates while keeping candidates excited about the company and the role throughout the recruiting process.</p><p><strong>Skills We’re Stoked About</strong></p><p>·         4+ years technical recruiting or sourcing experience for a search firm or in¬house recruiting team.</p><p>·         Experience sourcing SW/HW Engineering, Product/Program Management, Infrastructure, and IT engineers with a history of using creative and unique approaches to find candidates.</p><p>·         Broad knowledge of programming languages, web technologies, software development process and emerging technologies.</p><p>·         Ability to identify specific job seeker motivations and tell a compelling story.</p><p>·         Goal orientated self-starter with a tenacious drive to find the most qualified candidates.</p><p>·         Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners, candidates and agencies (“team first” mentality).</p><p>·         Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure.</p><p>·         Unwaivering belief in the value and benefit of diversity &amp; inclusion within an organization.</p><p>·         BA/BS degree.</p><p><strong>GoPro Highlights </strong></p><p>·         Fully-stocked kitchen with snacks galore</p><p>·         Live it.
