We even offer pet insurance for your four-legged family members.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Early access to earned wages with Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement to help further your career and adoption assistance to help you grow your family.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p>With a collective goal to champion a culture of belonging where everyone feels valued and respected, we honor the ways people are unique and embrace what brings us together.   </p>\n<p>And, we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience. </p>\n<p>Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborates with Supervisor RN-Medical to oversee IP / ED staff, including evaluations, corrective actions, hiring, rounding, and frontline staff support.</li>\n <li>Oversee scheduling for ED, infusion, and inpatient departments. </li>\n <li>Conduct nursing chart reviews to ensure compliance and quality standards. </li>\n <li>Coordinate student nurse placements and clinical experiences. </li>\n <li>Oversee hiring and onboarding for ED, infusion, and inpatient staff. </li>\n <li>Coordinate nursing meetings, including agenda development and meeting minutes. </li>\n <li>Monitor and support CQI initiatives for ED, infusion, and inpatient departments. </li>\n <li>Organize education and conduct mock codes to support clinical readiness. </li>\n <li>Develop, update, and maintain policies and procedures for ED, infusion, and inpatient departments. </li>\n <li>Monitor compliance with Conditions of Participation (CoPs). </li>\n <li>Maintain DIAL and EMTALA logs in accordance with regulatory requirements. </li>\n <li>Provide PRN patient care coverage in ED, infusion, inpatient, and as backup support in surgery. </li>\n <li>Provide backup support for UR and discharge planning in collaboration with the Supervisor RN-Medical.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Licenses and Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current RN License in the State of Iowa required.</li>\n <li>Maintain Current ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and BLS Certifications</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess adequate computer knowledge and strong organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Previous management experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Serves as a working manager, maintaining competency across all levels of care to step in and assist as needed.</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, and speak English.</li>\n</ul>",
