This role ensures solutions are operationally executable, cost-accurate, and commercially competitive. The position oversees Solutions Engineering, Solutions &amp; Commercial Enablement, and Pricing, creating a unified approach to solution design, cost validation, and pricing execution.</p><p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li>Own end-to-end solution development from qualification through proposal submission</li><li>Lead and develop Solutions Engineering, Enablement, and Pricing teams</li><li>Establish bid qualification and governance frameworks</li><li>Oversee cost validation and pricing alignment</li><li>Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Ops, IT, HR, Procurement</li><li>Engage with strategic customers and support major deals</li><li>Drive KPIs: win rate, margin performance, cost accuracy</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering</li><li>Leadership experience across multi-functional teams</li><li>12–15+ years in 3PL logistics, solutions or operations</li><li>Deep expertise in warehouse operations and solution design</li><li>Strong commercial acumen in pricing and cost modeling</li><li>Program/project management expertise</li><li>Executive presence and stakeholder influence</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i><strong>Please note</strong>: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
