We’re seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and support our kitchen team at a premier resort on beautiful Leech Lake. In this role, you’ll combine your passion for high-quality food with strong leadership, organization, and a collaborative spirit to ensure exceptional dining experiences every day. This is a seasonal position running from May through October, with the opportunity to transition into a year-round role. Seasonal housing may be available. Candidates are welcome to inquire about availability during the interview process. Key Responsibilities: Participate in food preparation while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Oversee daily kitchen operations to support an efficient workflow and consistent food quality. Maintain food, supply, and equipment inventory levels within budget guidelines.
