font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">This unique position will assess and improve the company’s corporate environmental and sustainability reporting efforts through capturing current practices, as well as improving the methods of data collection and streamlining the reporting process to improve responsiveness to customers regarding environmental product declaration requests.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">The Division Environmental Sustainability intern will:</span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Become familiar with issues and trends in CSR and ESG (environment, social and governance) reporting.</span></span></li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Become familiar with Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), Scopes 1, 2, and 3 Emissions, and Environmental Product Declarations (EPD).</span></span></li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Create or work with existing internal framework to capture company data&nbsp;</span></span></li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Collaborate cross-functionally with business area representatives to obtain needed information.&nbsp;</span></span></li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Ensure the receipt, accuracy and timeliness of requested data and documents.</span></span></li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Research LCA and EPD-related webpages for comparable companies.</span></span></li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Effectively use company data within the existing carbon tool to generate Environmental Product Declarations and determine carbon footprints based on life-cycle assessments&nbsp;</span></span></li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Help design and facilitate updates to internal and external websites.</span></span></li><li style=\"color: black;
