As we continue to expand our presence in the industry, we are seeking a passionate and talented Server Assistant to join our team.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Overview:</strong> As the Server Assistant at Palomino Ranch, one of the key responsibilities is supporting the front of house team to ensure smooth and efficient service. They play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and assisting servers in delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. Server Assistants help set and reset tables, remove used dishes, and ensure the dining room is always guest-ready. In addition, they support communication between the front of house and back of house staff and assist with guest needs such as water refills and table maintenance. These tasks contribute to the larger goal of providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
