    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>As Security Guard &nbsp;with <a href=\"https://www.fedcap.org/educational-services/\" target=\"_blank\">The Fedcap Schoo</a>l you'll be a key member of a dedicated, robust team of professionals providing a holistic approach to education and support for 65 students with disabilities. You will participate in ensuring a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for all students as part of our Wrap Around Model that ensures a team focus to support and reinforces positive development in all areas of our students' lives.</p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p>Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Testing security systems and, if needed, operating X-ray machines and metal detectors&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Performing CPR or first aid when needed</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<p>High School Diploma/Pass background clearance</p>\n<p>Experience working with students with special needs is preferred.</p>\n<p>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and other related software</p>\n<p>Special Schedule · Normal business hours: At times, must be willing to work in beyond normal business hours as needed by operational needs and event schedules</p>\n<p>Build strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br/>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
