Those who succeed at Highmark will do so because they enjoy an empowered, challenging, fulfilling, and financially rewarding workplace!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What Highmark can do for you:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Help you achieve your goals by continuous professional development and regular career progression sessions</li>\n <li>Competitive pay for the market</li>\n <li>Monthly bonus opportunities for all site associates</li>\n <li>30% associate rent discount</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental & Vision benefits the 1st of the month following 30 days of full-time employment</li>\n <li>Company-provided life insurance, short term and long term disability coverage</li>\n <li>Flexible Spending accounts</li>\n <li>401(k) eligibility after 90 days, with 4% Highmark match</li>\n <li>Professional Certification & Tuition reimbursement</li>\n <li>Vacation, Sick and Personal Time off available to use after 90 days</li>\n <li>10 paid holidays</li>\n <li>Paid parental leave</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Why we need you:     </strong></p>\n<p>The Service Inspection Coordinator works with the Construction Manager, Community Directors, Service Managers, Regional Managers, Asset Managers and Regional Vice President to oversee community adherence to audit requirements.<strong> </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>E</strong><strong>ssential functions include (but are not limited to):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and conduct preliminary site assessments in advance of required LIHTC inspections, including HUD REAC, state, local and lender  </li>\n <li>Produce action list, scope, nature of maintenance work and timeline for onsite maintenance associates and outside vendors to ensure timely completion </li>\n <li>Work with Service Managers to troubleshoot large or extensive property repairs</li>\n <li>Coordinate final inspection, documentation and construction close out process</li>\n <li>Track and facilitate audit findings from first notice to completion</li>\n <li>Follow construction policies and procedures in accordance with local and state law.</li>\n <li>Submit annual Capital Budgets in conjunction with the Regional Manager and/or Senior Regional Manager, Construction Manager, Regional Vice-President and Asset Manager</li>\n <li>This person must have a good understanding of the construction industry, including a working knowledge of labor and material costs.  </li>\n <li>Interview and train new Service Managers</li>\n <li>Develop working relationships with auditors, architects, engineers, city building officials</li>\n <li>Assist Construction Manager in contract negotiations, capital expenditures and project oversight.</li>\n <li>This person should be flexible for travel and willing to take on new tasks as they arise</li>\n <li>Provide support for on-site maintenance staff as a mentor/trainer</li>\n <li>Other responsibilities include developing cost effective programs to save operating costs, working on property Due Diligence Teams for acquisitions, ensuring supervisors are current with EPA, CPO and CAMT certifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>College degree preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable of all phases of apartment maintenance and construction, including a working knowledge of labor and material costs. Knowledgeable of the Uniform Physical Condition Standard.</li>\n <li>Experience in responding to requirements of LIHTC inspections, including HUD, REAC, state, local, and lender</li>\n <li>Minimum 5 years experience in this industry.</li>\n <li>Good communication skills, Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred</li>\n <li>Valid Driver's license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#SFLO</p>\n<p>Req ID: 2026-9456</p>\n<p> </p>",
