This leadership position oversees multiple ambulatory infusion centers and is responsible for clinical operations, patient safety, provider collaboration, staff leadership, quality outcomes, and business performance.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have experience in infusion therapy, specialty care, ambulatory healthcare operations, or multi-site clinical leadership.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide leadership and oversight for multiple infusion center locations throughout Georgia.</li><li>Lead and support clinical teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experiences.</li><li>Manage staffing, scheduling, performance management, coaching, and employee development.</li><li>Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.</li><li>Partner with the Medical Director to develop, implement, and maintain clinical protocols and best practices.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, quality, and patient safety standards.</li><li>Monitor operational, clinical, quality, and financial performance metrics across assigned locations.</li><li>Participate in Clinical Oversight, Quality Assurance, and operational review meetings.</li><li>Develop and execute strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and service excellence.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, physician practices, and healthcare partners.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
