Wentworth Home Lending is seeking a motivated, energetic <b>Sr. Business Intelligence Developer</b> for our <b>Wayne, PA</b> location.<span>  </span>We are looking for a team player with strong skills experience and knowledge of the industry.</p><p>This position will design, develop, and implement analytics and reporting solutions based on business needs.<span>  </span>You will work closely with a small, local, cross-functional team to identify opportunities, implement and maintain solutions.</p><p>Experience working with SQL Server and analytics solutions will be critical to being successful in this role.<span>  </span>A candidate that shows an aptitude for architecture and problem solving in addition to their coding prowess will be important.</p><p><b></b></p><p><br /></p>",

          "text": "<p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred</li><li>3+ years related experience coding SQL Server</li><li>Understanding of Database design and implementation</li><li>Ability to credit/edit/debug stored procedures and complex queries</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages such as MS Excel (VBA scripting), MS Visio, MS Access, &amp; MS Word</li><li>Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques</li><li>Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams</li><li>Experience in creating and managing technical documents.</li><li>Previous experience working on automation testing tools and infrastructure preferred</li></ul><p><b>Desired experience but not required</b></p><ul><li>Mortgage experience is a plus</li><li>Working with Ellie Mae’s Encompass platform is a plus</li></ul>",
