Qualified candidates will be part of an exceptional team supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&amp;E)) Research, Development, Test &amp; Evaluation, Engineering, and Technical Support (RETS) IDIQ contract providing cyber technical expertise and joining our team of industry partners and technical subject matter experts in delivering engineering Research, Development, Test, Evaluation (RDT&amp;E) solutions and services. The candidate will serve as a key senior member of the RETS technical team.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities<em>:&nbsp;</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide technical expertise related to cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation of cyber capabilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in research, development, integration, and testing of innovative technologies for both offensive and defensive cyber.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Evaluate and validate sensor system performance, effectiveness, and operational feasibility.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Recommend assessments to determine system performance to risks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide technical support to the complex, technical RETS IDIQ and relevant Task Orders (TOs) and confer with IDIQ task order project managers to provide technical advice and to assist with problem resolution.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide mission engineering, modeling &amp; simulation, developmental test &amp; evaluation, and operations research support.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review technical data and documentation and provide analyses and recommendations.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You must have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or related science.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At least 15 years of relevant experience related to cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At least five (5) years demonstrated experience in program management.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must meet certification requirements per applicable DoD Directives and DoD Instructions. Must have relevant industry credentials such as:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)</li><li>Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)</li><li>Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)</li><li>CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+)</li><li>Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)</li><li>Global Information Assurance Certifications (GIAC)</li><li>Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You must possess TS Clearance w/ Eligibility for SCI.
